Terms & Conditions

£250 deposit at the time of booking, with full outstanding balance to be paid ten weeks before departure date. This deposit is non-refundable .

Bond – a returnable security deposit of £200 is also required which will be returned.

Cancelations must be made prior to the balance being due at the ten week stage.

Please ensure you have your own holiday insurance.

Changeover day is flexible – please call us to speak about this.

NO PETS / NO SMOKING in any of the apartments.

Transfers 

Private transfers can be arranged by the owner with a reputable, insured company in Kalkan. You will assume responsibility to pay the charges direct to the driver. No extra charge is made for this service.

The local airport to Kalkan is Dalaman.
